The Royal Marsden is a ten-minute walk from the nearest underground station, which is South Kensington. The station is served by the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines. Victoria main line station is two stops away. 

Buses 14, 49, 211, 345 and 414 pass the hospital or have stops within easy reach. 

Please note that the hospital is unable to offer car parking facilities, and aside from some metered bays, on-street parking in the central zone is prohibited.
