The event looked at what advances in cancer care mean for the education and training of nurses and allied health professionals.

  • Dr Pawan Randev, GP Clinical Lead in Transforming Cancer Services Team, Healthy London Partnership on 'Primary Care perspective on cancer: future priorities'
  • Shelley Dolan, Chief Nurse at The Royal Marsden on the new 'Accountable Cancer Network'
  • June Davis, National Cancer Rehabilitation Lead at Macmillan Cancer Support on 'Realising the potential of AHPs to support those with cancer in the future'

Feedback from those who attended has been very positive, and people valued getting a range of different professional perspectives. Comments have included: “The event helped me to understand the bigger picture” and “really useful links to utilise in practice”.
